These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the FL Consulting LLC website flconsulting.am and its subdomain pay.flconsulting.am.

By using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Services

The website provides users with access to:

  • Accounting, tax, and financial consulting services

  • Event and seminar registration and online payment

  • Information and educational materials related to business and finance.

3. Payments

All payments are processed in Armenian drams (AMD) via secure bank card systems.
All transactions are handled through certified and encrypted payment gateways.

FL Consulting does not store or process any bank card details directly.
After successful payment, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the user.

4. Refund Policy

If an event or service is canceled by the Company, the payment amount will be refunded within 5–10 business days using the same payment method.
In all other cases, payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

5. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration

  • Not use the website for illegal or fraudulent activities

  • Respect copyright, intellectual property, and data protection laws.

6. Company Rights

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any service at its discretion

The Company shall not be held liable for:

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Any disputes arising shall be settled exclusively by the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
